About this set

BrickLink Designer Program (Round 1, 2021) fan-designed set produced by LEGO in a limited crowdfunded run. A minifigure-scale construction site built to the standard 32x32 modular-building footprint, with a partially built brick building, tower crane, site office, scaffolding and construction vehicles, designed to sit alongside the official LEGO Modular Buildings Collection. Retired May 2022 and now trades at roughly three times its $319.99 retail price.

This set is retired and no longer produced by LEGO. Priced to the current sealed-set secondary market (approx. £700.99 as of September 2026).
